Well, actually, none of the Tru-Bal knives are accepted at most Mountain Man style throws because their handles are man-made materials. However, I do take special requests to have them made with leather handles. It takes longer and costs $20 extra per knife. If you’re interested just let me know.

thank you for keeping Tru-Bal knives available. Like many of your customers, i found out about them by meeting a \’graybeard\’ at a local \’rondezvouz\’ who had an original which he was gracious enough to let me try. Incredible-these are how a throwing knife should be made. Rest assured that I will be purchasing just as soon as I get the coin.
One question, please. my throwing is almost exclusively done at
rendezvous; which model is the most widely accepted?

Thanks for the great site, I am a big fan of Tru-balance knifes even though I have only had a chance to throw one a few times.
When I get the extra cash ill have to get one.
